  1. René Laloux's La Planete Sauvage (Or Fantastic Planet as it is known in the English speaking world though really it should be known as the Savage Planet..but I digress) is one of the best animated films ever and the soundtrack is as equally sublime...pure cosmic...

  2. One of my favourite films ever and this is one of those rare things - a soundtrack that is as radical, complex, psychedelic and as cosmic as the film and narrative itself. I have not heard anything else by Alain Goraguer so it would be interesting to ask you the experts who produce and read this sublime blog...anyone? By the way, anyone who has not heard this and/or seen the film should do so immediately..it will make your life that little richer for doing so, believe...
